Midterm Rental Pet Policy

Welcome to Florida Sunkissed Rentals! We understand that pets are an integral part of your family, and we are pleased to offer a pet-friendly accommodation option for your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests, please review our pet policy below.

Pet Fee:

For your stay, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.
For bookings longer than 90 days, the pet fee is $50 per month.

Important Guidelines:

Advance Notice: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring any pets with you during your stay. This allows us to prepare the accommodation appropriately and ensure a seamless check-in process.

Maximum Number of Pets: We allow a maximum of two pets per reservation. If you have more than two pets, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Pet Behavior: While we warmly welcome pets, we kindly ask that you ensure they are well-behaved and do not disturb other guests or neighbors.

Cleaning Responsibilities: Please maintain a clean and tidy environment for your pet. If your pet leaves behind excessive mess or damage, additional charges may apply.

Leash and Supervision: For the safety of your pet and other guests, please keep your pet on a leash in common areas and supervise them at all times.

Pet Waste: Clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the designated bins.

Furniture and Bedding: To prevent potential damage, we request that you do not allow your pets on furniture or bedding. If necessary, use pet-friendly covers or bring your own.

Damages: Any damages caused by your pet(s) will be assessed, and repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages caused by pets. The amount will be specified in your booking details.

By bringing your pet(s) to our property, you agree to adhere to these policies and accept responsibility for any potential damages or disturbances caused by your pet(s) during your stay. We want to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, both with and without pets.
