Originally hailing from the fast-paced and costly environment of Los Angeles, California, I discovered a newfound appreciation for the unhurried pace and incredible value that Clearwater and Tampa offer. Inspired by my love for this region, I made the decision to share its magic with others. I carefully selected a few of my units for medium-term rental, crafting them into havens of comfort and style. This Airbnb was a great place to stay! My host Khush went over and above to make sure all my needs were meet. The Airbnb was extremely clean and smelled great. I felt very safe. I enjoy my privacy. It provided just that. The location was perfect. Only a mile and a half from Pier 60. Not to mention all of the best restaurants in the area. When I come back to this area I hope it is available. I would happily book this AirBNB again!!!!

K is phenomenally she have been the best host E.V.E.R Im Jewish orthodox which have dietary foods kosher and its requirements khush have sought me out as I was the very first inside all her belongings was brand new I got very lucky then after my term was over she moved those appliances and dishes etc.. do her other place herself this was by far my best hostess experience thank you K you were the best period

I stayed in this adorable free standing house, while on assignment at Morton Plant Hospital. It is literally walking distance to the hospital (if youre so inclined). Perfect for anyone that takes call and has a 30 minute response, you will always be the first one in. There is off-street parking behind the house, which is always a bonus, and the whole property is fenced in. I was having difficulties finding a place due it being high season for vacationers and REALLY needed to get out of the extended stay that I was at. Khush worked tirelessly (due to the fact that the renovation had just been completed) to get the place furnished and ready to go for me. Within a week I was able to move in. She also checked in regularly to make sure that I had everything that I needed and was enjoying my stay! The washer/dryer was a must for me, as I despise spending my time off at the laundromat, The kitchen is fully equipped. She also included garbage bags, tp, and starter dish, hand and dishwasher soaps. The bed was comfy any there plenty of linens and towels provided. Two flat screen ROKU TVs make logging in to your favorite apps (on the high speed WIFI thats included) a breeze. There are plenty of eateries nearby (try Abes for some craft beer and wings) and Clearwater Beach is a short drive away. Since I have left, there have been some finishing touches added that make it cute as a button and give it that homey feel. Perfect for a couple, two friends or a solo traveler (such as myself).

The host was very responsive to all our inquiries. The studio was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed including cookware, sheets, towels, and bedding as well as nice indoor and outdoor furniture. The surrounding area was pleasant and within walking distance of grocery stores and restaurants. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. Would recommend!
