This Airbnb was a great place to stay! My host Khush went over and above to make sure all my needs were meet. The Airbnb was extremely clean and smelled great. I felt very safe. I enjoy my privacy. It provided just that. The location was perfect. Only a mile and a half from Pier 60. Not to mention all of the best restaurants in the area. When I come back to this area I hope it is available. I would happily book this AirBNB again!!!!

Background Check Made Easy: To ensure a safe and secure community for all our residents, we require a background check. We've partnered with AAOA (American Apartment Owners Association) to make this process quick and convenient. Rest assured that your personal information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and security.

Credit Scores Considered: We understand that everyone's financial situation is unique. While we do look for credit scores of 600 and above, we also offer flexibility. If your credit score falls below 600, don't worry! You can still secure your dream home by opting for a larger security deposit.

Move-In Costs: To secure the property, we require a minimum security deposit equivalent to one month's rent. Additionally, the first month's rent is due upon move-in. We strive to make the process transparent and straightforward, ensuring a seamless transition into your new home.

Pet-Friendly Environment: We believe that pets are an important part of the family. We gladly welcome your furry companions! If you have a pet, a pet fee and deposit will be applicable. Please review our pet policy included in this listing.

Midterm Rental Booking Instruction
We understand that finding the perfect place to live can be a challenging experience, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We are committed to providing beautiful, fully furnished properties that feel like home. We offer easy booking options through VRBO, Airbnb, or directly through us.
Follow the instructions below for booking directly through Florida Sunkissed Rentals. (For Stays of 60 Days and Below, please book through AirBNB or VRBO.)

Inquire about the availability of the property you're interested in. We'll be happy to help you find the perfect match.

If the property is available, kindly complete the Midterm Rental Booking Form. It's your first step toward a fantastic stay!

Our property manager will then reach out to you to discuss the booking total amount and payment installment options with you.

If you're good with the booking amount, you may proceed with the background screening through AAOA (American Apartment Owners Association).

Once your background screening is approved. we will send you the Midterm Lease Agreement for review and signature.

Sign the Midterm Lease Agreement and return it to us, either electronically or via mail, following the instructions provided.

We'll promptly provide you with the designated bank account information for making payments, making the process a breeze.

Make the required payments as specified in the agreement, which may include rent and any associated fees.

Don't forget, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Be sure to make the deposit as specified in the agreement, and rest easy knowing your stay is secured.
